After a Windows update in April, I got the following error message when logging in:
Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c
I did a lot of searching and it appeared that the problem was related to external card readers and the animated cursor patch. I use a Digital Foci memory card gateway which has drivers that come with it. I decided to download the latest drivers and install them. During installation, I got a prompt saying I must remove the current drivers. I uninstalled the drivers and found that the card reader worked without them and the problem went away! I decided that I WON’T install the new drivers to hopefully prevent future problems.

ok – you will see a lot of responses that have to do with norton anti virus. I do not have norton on my computer as i use several share and free ware programs… that being said…
the issue is itunes and quicktime…
1. uninstall both programs from your computer (also uninstall any ipod software as well???)
(do not get upset if you look at all of your music files and they are now in a different program i.e real player etc)
2. reinstall both itunes and quicktime.
3. select your entire itunes library (in itunes) delete entire library. DO NOT DELETE THE FILES only delete from the itunes library.
4. drag all of your music back into itunes.
5. enjoy – problem solved.

I also found that problem to be related to itunes. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and the problem cleared for a couple days, but it’s back.
Is there a way to do that without loosing the library?

Hey! I am having the issue c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c when trying to fun a Medical Billing software. I am running into this issue because a “So called” computer Tech came to look at the computer and reinstalled all Windows. Well now the C: is a removable disk drive and the F is the hard drive disk.
I thought that would be fine if I were to reconfigure it to read by the F drive, which is what the Medical program runs off of, but it turns out that I am still getting the error with the correct configuration.
I am really at a lost for words.

Hi there
you cant think that thing will only take residence in itune sorry but it is too simplistic…It could be in many other areas.
I have not find the solution yet beside reinstalling XP but if I do will post it.
As far as the guy with he medical bills software!
Installing a copy of XP over the one you already have wont cut the virus out.Thats called an upgrade iits good most of cases if you drivers or other directory files.
Unfortunately in order to eradicate that thing you must burn down the drive and do a complete reinstall with reformatting which will quick that thing out but all your file along with it.
Back up your files and everything you want to keep first then reformat the drive then reinstall the OS.
good luck

I have the same problem when I connect my iPod shuffle (2nd generation” with my Windows XP PC. As soon as I drag songs in iTunes from my harddisk to the iPod, I get that exception processing message and an “autoplay” window pops up at the same time.
This happens again with every song I try to copy to the iPod shuffle. Deinstall / Reinstall of iTunes, iPod and Quicktime did NOT help!
Apple phone support said I should send the iPod in for repair (but I can’t believe that).
Who else has this problem? Any solutions?

Hi, I’m having the same problem with our pc. It happened when we uninstall some of the programs that we’re not using. And in addition to that, we also uninstall and reinstall the windows office. Right after that we encountered the message already.
Please help me, I REALLY don’t know anything about fixing computers.
We have iTunes and Quicktime.
thanks
Charlie

I used to get the same error with a quicktime file and with a special typing program. Try this reg fix. Backup your registry first to avoid any problems.
reg add HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Windows /v ErrorMode /t REG_DWORD /d 2 /f

I started getting the error message after installing Norton Internet Security. Worse, I was no longer able to insert pictures into MS Word applications. The app. would freeze and the CPU usage would max out at 100%.
I entered a Symantec chat and found that I needed to un-check scanning of documents. I should have stayed with AVG. Odd that my lap top with Internet Security has scanning of documents checked. I think that I will try it when work permits.

I should have added that I traced the source of the error message to
PCHEALTH, a Windows folder presumably intended for researchers.

Hey, I get the error message, “Exception processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c” and I would really like some help. I had downloaded, and ran the Norton Unistal Tool, but that didn’t help. I can’t think of anything else. It happens with Quicktime, and I have to click ‘Cancel’ about 50 times before the message stops appearing. Please help, Ben

Yesterday my brother plugged his iPod into my computer. It automatically installed it’s files to my computer. Afterwards I went to the Control Panel, removed the iPod and iTunes program and shut down my computer. Today when I booted I had the error pop up. For my computer, it is definitely due to the iPod and the software it installed, and I uninstalled. I’m gong to try to uninstall quicktime, hopefully that will fix my problem.

FIXED IT!!
A. HOW I GOT THE PROBLEM:
My brother plugged his video iPod into my computer to get some .avi (video) files from me. The iPod installed it’s programs. I don’t have an iPod so I uninstalled what I thought it put on my computer by going to the Control Panel, Add/Remove programs, and then selecting the iTunes and iPod programs for removal. I rebooted and then I had the warning error. Therefore, with that being the only functions done on my computer, it’s obviously what generated the problem, for me.
B. HOW I FIXED THE PROBLEM:
1. The iPod program had to go (not sure if the iTunes program had to go, but I removed it as mentioned above in part A)
2. Opened up the Program Files folder in the C Drive.
3. The iPod folder was still there (no files in it, but still there). 4. Delete it.
5. Reboot.
C. CONCLUSION:
My computer is running fine. Hope this helps. I’d have to say the problem is with the iPod software installed or using the Add/Remove program function to remove it.

I fixed it by changing the drive letter assignments for all my drives with removable media, empty or not: http://www.consumingexperience.com/2007/11/windows-no-disk-exception-processing.html

I found the only permanent solution was to uninstall and reinstall iTunes and Quick Time. I was able to get a temp relief going into Task manager and ending the two processes but, that gets real old after a while. So, my vote and success are/were uninstall those two bad boys and reinstall.

I don’t have quick time or an ipod or itunes. I’m a noob and don’t know how to get to my registry. I’m getting the message “Windows – No Disk Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c” People have said its to do with Norton Antivirus but I don’t have that either.
Can anyone give me some help?

Norton did it for me. No question. I was told I had to remove the CD and do a restart. Ever since it’s looked for that disk.

Suddenly started with this after adding a card reader to my video editing PC. Nothing I uninstalled etc helped, I use AVG so Symantec not a candidate. Research on several other sites made me wonder about the drive configuration. I set the card reader drives all at the end of the list and touch wood haven’t had a reocurrance of this for two weeks now when before 2 minutes was good. Hope this helps someone.

I had the same issue with connecting a new Ipod to version 9 of Itunes. I tried the registry entry above and it worked great.
