I had the same issue with connecting a new Ipod to version 9 of Itunes. I tried the registry entry above and it worked great.

Suddenly started with this after adding a card reader to my video editing PC. Nothing I uninstalled etc helped, I use AVG so Symantec not a candidate. Research on several other sites made me wonder about the drive configuration. I set the card reader drives all at the end of the list and touch wood haven’t had a reocurrance of this for two weeks now when before 2 minutes was good. Hope this helps someone.

Norton did it for me. No question. I was told I had to remove the CD and do a restart. Ever since it’s looked for that disk.

I am battling such I have learned to run my computer with the warning. It is sch an inconvenience other people cannot competently use my computer because of it.

I don’t have quick time or an ipod or itunes. I’m a noob and don’t know how to get to my registry. I’m getting the message “Windows – No Disk Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c” People have said its to do with Norton Antivirus but I don’t have that either.

Can anyone give me some help?

Hey, I get the error message, “Exception processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c” and I would really like some help. I have to click ‘Cancel’ about 50 times before the message stops appearing. please tell how to correct this problem. KAI

I found the only permanent solution was to uninstall and reinstall iTunes and Quick Time. I was able to get a temp relief going into Task manager and ending the two processes but, that gets real old after a while. So, my vote and success are/were uninstall those two bad boys and reinstall.

Try this. I have an old Dell Inspiron that was just hibernating/sleeping for no reason, on both fiesty and gutsy. I have all the setting configured so that it should never sleep. But, it does without reason, and wouldnt wake up. I did this and although it still sleeps for no reason it will at least wake up.

First, sudo gedit /etc/X11/config.org

Second, add this line to the “input device” section.
Option “VBERestore” “yes”

I think the problem is with the video driver. I have nvidia geforce go2 on the laptop and on my desktop; an ati x1600 series card running beryl, which sleeps for no reason as well.
Hope it helps. Its a step in the right direction anyways.–F

I formatted my computer and apon installing windows, the hard drive was assigned the letter I, and one of the removable disk drives was letter C. I renamed the removable disk C to Z…….problem gone!
